I know it's not deviantArt's fault /per se/; however, I do think this "community system" actively encourages people to behave in a way I find... disturbing.

Actually, I didn't really mean disturbing. I mean self-centered and anoretic. Most of the stuff I see is as deep and meaningful as a blank A4 piece of paper.

Take the recent pic of a "pita" flipping a birdie. Or the beautiful lady in red at a party. Or whatever meaningless and I-don't-give-a-fsck-about-it in the first 24 deviations of today. I liked 4 of them.

Maybe I'm spoiled. I must have a tremendous fancyful taste.

Oh, and I find the auto-counter at the top of the page really entertaining. No need to actually count the deviations; just keep on DevCount++ each $random seconds. "devlove" indeed.
